My Progress
Weight lifting helped me turn my life around 360 degrees; growing up at the age of 14 I lost my mother, turning my life upside and failing academically in school, eventually getting hooked up with the wrong crowd. With so much pent up emotions and my life going down hill I began to weight train at the age of 16, it it began to teach me the work ethics I needed to succeed in my life, even in my training. Soon enough I'd start weight training 5 times a week,  taking my frustration out on the weights pulling myself out of my emotional state. 8 years later I'd go from 120 pounds to 232lbs today with no knowledge of training, joining Fitness 365 helped me perpetuate my game even further pushing me to new limits. Guys and girls in the gym are so dedicated and motivated that it helps me boost my morality overall, and makes me  want to grind even harder. Fitness 365 is where you want to be if you want results.
